I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, specialising in holistic health coaching for burnout recovery. Currently living in Shanghai.
I have an MA in International Relations and Diplomacy and started my career in international institutions in Brussels, Belgium. It’s life balance and wellbeing that attracted me to become a holistic health coach, after my own struggle with burnout, stress and anxiety.
I have always been passionate about nutrition and health, which became pivotal after experiencing a burnout in 2017. This was an opportunity to look into my health and wellbeing on a deeper level, discover new ways of eating and living, in order to find optimal health.
I am also a certified yoga teacher, and over the years have helped people (in corporate, civil servants, entrepreneurs) with stress, burnout, back pain, chronic fatigue, and much more.
Today I guide & support my clients on their health journey. And feel the need to transfer my knowledge further, to help people heal and transform their lives.

My Approach
My aspiration will be to guide you towards better health using a holistic approach. The key is progress not perfection.
Beyond diet
Integrative coaching is an all-encompassing approach to health and healing. In addition to your diet, we will also look at physical, social and environmental factors impacting your life. After all they are key contributors to our long-term health and are all interconnected.
Root-cause
We live in a world of sick-care rather than healthcare, hence my mission is to work preventatively, and focus with you on the root cause of your health concerns rather than finding quick fixes.
Bio-individuality
Individualised sessions, because no two people are the same especially when it comes to health and lifestyle. We will together find what best works for your lifestyle, unique dietary, emotional and physical needs.
Sustainable solutions
Rather than prescribing a restrictive diet, my approach is to help you find balance by consuming whole foods, and finding sustainable choices that work for you long-term. Which is where deconstructing habits is key, as well as creating new sustainable habits.
